With some mystery water appearing in soaked carpet and pad in one of our guest bedrooms we called PuroClean on a recent Friday evening hoping for the best, but truly worried at what could be causing the problem, how we would figure it out, and how the mess would ever be cleaned up and cured.
The PuroClean representative Dominic arrived about 8:15pm, departed less than 3 hours later…….leak identified in pipe leading to a shower; wet drywall, framing, insulation; carpet, molding, underlayment removed or exposed; dehumidifier, aircleaner and fans for drying the mess in place and operating; a clear plan in place for addressing the cleanup and repair.
The service was prompt, skilled, professional and caring. We sure hope we never need this kind of help again, but if we did our experience with PuroClean and with Dominic would lead us to call them again for help. They have been great, and we are very appreciative.
